Dr. Yang studied internal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for six years at Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  With over 15 years of clinical experience in Acupuncture. She specializes in Pain Management, Female Irregular Menstruation, Digestion Issues, and Stress Relief.  Dr. Yang’s primary focus has been in Pain Management which has been deemed a “natural painkiller with zero side effects, and long-term results.”
What really led to her interest in Acupuncture was her Grandpa, Mugui Yang. Her Grandpa was treated by Acupuncture after he had a severe stoke, which led to one side of his body becoming immobile.  He lost his ability to walk on his own and his quality of life decreased.  With the help of acupuncture he was able to regain full control of his body and was self reliant again.
Having training in Eastern and Western Medicine and experience in treating a wide variety of conditions such as pain management (arthritis, sciatica, fibromyalgia, migraines, disc condition, etc.), hormonal imbalances, weight loss, digestive complaints, emotional health, etc.
She utilizes several aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) including acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, Moxa, bleeding therapy, Chinese herbal medicine, and lifestyle recommendations.
During her free time, Dr. Annie enjoys reading, hiking and cooking (especially Chinese Food).
